Excited big sister

Laine is so excited to have a baby sister.  Mead is going along for the ride at this point!

Baby Toys

The toys we originally had for Laine are now being used for Mead.  Not surprisingly, Laine is having a hard time letting Mead use them by herself.  Oh well.  I guess that's one way to learn about sharing!

Snuggling - the new way

Last time we had a snuggling picture it was just with Laine and Daddy.  Here's the new version... 

Monkey See, Monkey Do

Laine's world of make believe has jumped to a whole new level since Mead has come along.  In every way possible Laine mimics what I do with Mead by using her doll Kailey.   Just today I found Kailey in the bathtub "getting a bath after she spit up on herself."  Who knows what Laine will come up with next!

Mead has had a little more awake time lately.  It's fun to have her up with the family regularly.

Here's an indication of Laine's potty training status at the moment.  Yes, we've had some setbacks.  I keep hoping she'll be fully trained by the time she's three.  That's possible, right?  Or at least by the time she's five?!
